1. Enter the 75 Arch Street parking garage only.
2. Drive to the very top floor, the one without a roof.
3. There is only one door to enter so go in there.
4. Once inside go straight and slightly to the left to go across across a walkway/skyway that leads straight to a security guard and the waiting room.
5. Check-in with security to get a name tag and then hang out until the baby comes and/or you hear screaming.
